"WOW: Talk with Mark about my boat skipping. He told me what to check. I checked somethings and decided to change the fuel filter. I worked on it but couldn't get it fixed. I called Mark again and he told me to bring it in and he would look at it. He not only looked at it he worked on it and fixed it. He also found the problem which was something else and I went on my way. They were busy but he took the time to work on my boat as soon as I got there. Thank you Mark for all your help."

"Recently we made a trip from Illinois to Nashville to visit our son. We towed our boat so that we could fish J. Percy Priest. On our second day of fishing we had a mishap and our boat needed to be repaired before we could continue to fish. We feared our fishing trip was done since we knew of no repair shops. We questioned another fisherman at the launch and he mentioned The Boat Locker, but didn't know if they were a "sales only" dealership. He didn't even know their name, but told us where they were located. We drove straight to the dealership and happily found that they did service boats, but we weren't hopeful that they could complete the repair that we needed in time to let us continue to fish before we needed to return to Illinois. (Our mishap was on Thursday and we needed to leave Nashville on Sunday.) Their Service Manager and Repairman stopped what they were doing and immediately looked at our boat. We explained our situation and asked for a "miracle." They began the repair while we waited and within an hour we were ready to go back on the water. One of their hospitable Salesmen served us cold drinks and conversed with us while we waited. Our experience with this dealership far exceeded our expectations!!!! They could not have been more friendly or accomodating. Thank you, thank you for not letting that situation ruin our family fishing trip!"

"We bought the 16' Alumacraft MV Tex Special for fishing the Caney Fork River and Center Hill Lake. The 25 HP Yamaha is perfect for the river. Mark was very helpful on the buying side and Ernie and Danny were great getting us aquainted with the boat and engine and accessorizing the boat. This is the third boat I have bought from the Boat Locker, so I am a satisfied customer."

"I called and asked about installing a fishfinder. They told me to bring it by and someone would look at my boat. I went by and with in two hours they had it installed.Great job the mechanic knows about boats. He has been working with boats for many many years. "
